Wonderful! Will there be projections again this year? Can you come and project onto our building? Can you re-broadcast the audio from "Alcatraz Is Not An Island" on KPOO and show the film somewhere again? Should be annual.

Amazing film on Coit Tower, the foggy night made spirits come alive as we sat with Rupert outside the projection trailer. He shared hot cider, pumpkin pie and his propane heater as we watched and listened to the history of the Original Peoples occupation of Alcatraz Island. It was late, around midnight and very few were there, most wanted to know what it was about and all expressed their gratitude. Our cameras captured extraordinary images as the projection light danced across the wind blown wisps of fog on its way to the walls of the Tower, larger than life faces filled with the strong spirit of the Red Power movement. As the night deepened and the fog became more dense, it was realized that the moisture could ruin the projection equipment and so it came to an end. It was a beautiful ending for a Thanksgiving night, a most vivid and memorable experience. Thank you to all who are responsible for making it happen.
